Announcement for part-time based employment
- Data collection from Colleges of AAU
The Special Needs Support Center in collaboration and support with SIDA has planned to conduct a survey research and also facilitate mobile counseling for students having indicator of issue of metal health. Currently, the center is ready to collect data from all the colleges where one employee will collect data from minimum of 400 students from one college.
The responsibilities of the data collector
- Calculating the number of students in each department and allocate the number of questionnaires to reach all the departments.
- Enter the data in to the SPSS form given from the center and submit on the deadline set during the agreement.
- Education, MA or above in related field
- A total of ten days allocated for the task where 2100 Birr per-day including tax will be paid
- Period of the task (March 2019)
- Providing mobile counseling service for students in need in campuses.
The Special Needs Support Center in collaboration with SIDA will provide mobile counseling service in different campuses based on the survey research finding and request of the students. Period of the task (April-May 2019)
- Payment for a day is 1500 Birr including tax
- Education, MA or above in related field
- Applicants in the field of counseling and special needs are invited to apply.
- Computer skill trainer for students with visual impairment (preferably blind)
- Who have good skill of computer and knowledge and experiences on computer application for the blind
- Have good profile in previous trainer experience
- Education, MA or above in related field
- Must be available on Saturday and Sunday for continuous 16 days Saturday and Sunday (March-April 2019)
- A total of 16 days where 1800 Birr including tax will be paid per-day
- Providing sign language training for students with disabilities
- Applicants must be fluent in sign language and provide evidence.
- A total of 14 days where 1800 Birr including tax will be paid per-day
