Summary
It was realized that the SPCO should be expanded as the projects supported by Sida at AAU have increased both in number and quality. As a result, agreement was reached between AAU and the Embassy of Sweden in Addis Ababa that the office that manages AAU-Sida projects be expanded to avoid delays in reporting and improve the quality of the implementation work. It was then decided to employ one head controller with an assistant, one head report writer with an assistant and one secretary, who would work under the coordination of the previously employed projects coordinator and his assistant. The eighth person is a girl who handles messages and facilitates the office work of all eight staff of SPCO.
