AAU- Sida Projects’ Coordination Office (SPCO) organized a half-day meeting to discuss on the budget plan of 2022-2023 project year

AAU- Sida Projects’ Coordination Office organized a half-day meeting to discuss the Annual plan for the 2022/2023 project –year at Sarem International Hotel, Addis Ababa, on 28 March 2022. The meeting was chaired by Professor Brook Lemma, Coordinator at the SPCO.

During the meeting 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 budget year activities that can’t be done because of restrictions because of COVID, were discussed.

Professor Brook Lemma reminded all project PIs to submit their annual plan to SPCO not later than 31 March, 2022. SPCO will compile the plan and submit it to the Embassy of Sweden on 15 April /2022. He also mentioned that project PIs of AAU and Swedish Universities present the plan during the annual planning meeting in mid-May 2022. Finally, if PIs face any problems while constructing the annual plan, they are advised to communicate the SPCO and its staff.
